It could also be extended to commercial and industrial substation operation, where the operation and maintenance of an on-site substation is not a core competency of the existing staff. Mitsubishi Electric can offer Service Agreements that cover maintenance and repair with a guaranteed response time. Under such an agreement, our contract customers are fast-tracked through the service schedule to ensure minimal down time. 24-hour phone support is available to handle all questions at any time of day to provide immediate assistance and to start the process of routing a Service Technician to the site as necessary to solve all service issues. A full written report detailing concerns/issues and our recommendations for correcting these findings will be provided.
